The Pearl House Career Center
TPHCC is a Christian vocational school that equips young women with the career and life skills needed to succeed.
The Pearl House Career Centers offer vocational training for women ages 16-21 in multiple regions of Ghana.
When we opened the first Pearl House Career Center in 2018, there were no vocational school programs in the region. With few options, young women often become pregnant and financially dependent on boyfriends or husbands.
At the Career Center, they’re given a different opportunity: to learn a trade and open a small business. Graduates of our two-year program can transform their futures and lift up their families and communities.
