Dear Friends,

As the year winds to a close, I can honestly say it has been a good year at The Pearl House.  By the grace of God, big goals like purchasing land and starting construction on our home have been accomplished.  But you know, there’s so much good to be found in the small things as well.25,185 meals have been eaten

8395 nights have been slept away on a soft bed

5400 days of learning have taken place

730 devotions and church services have been offered up as worship

89 visitors have been hosted at the Pearl House

Over the course of daily living, all of these devotions, meals and activities add up to the process of transformation in the lives of 20 Pearls and the many men and women that love and pray for them.

We thank God for a blessed year and we are fully celebrating his blessings of joy this Christmas season. We have played many games, sung many songs, traveled to the rainforest, spent a day at the beach and so much more. Thank you for loving us and providing for us each and every day.

And one more thing …. the countdown to construction completion is on!

Happy New Year!
Courtney Garland

We still have many items that need to be purchased for the new Pearl House. Please consider helping us give each Pearl (and guest) a bed and a wardrobe this New Year.
