Ghana is a beautiful country with wonderful people, but as in any nation there are people who need help. We work to empower young women so they may grow up to be leaders in their community and shape their nation for generations to come.
The Pearl House offers a safe, loving home for girls ages 10 and older in Winneba, Central Ghana.
Since 2013, The Pearl House has provided a loving home to over 50 girls and counting. Each year brings new beginnings as graduates continue on to high school and university and new girls join our Pearl House family.
The Pearl House Career Centers offer vocational training for women ages 16-21 in multiple regions of Ghana.
At the Career Center, they’re given a different opportunity: to learn a trade and open a small business. Graduates of our two-year program can transform their futures and lift up their families and communities.
The Pearl House Academy educates minds, renews hearts and empowers students to be a positive change in their community.
It also provides a quality, private education to Pearl House residents and the surrounding community.
The Pearl House Haven is a planned counseling center, shelter and residential complex for young women overcoming trauma.
